What is in my Cwtch & Co candle?
Cwtch & Co candles are hand poured in small batches using 100% undyed soy wax, lead-free cotton wicks, phthalate-free and high-quality fragrance oils, and without additives.

Why soy wax?
Cwtch & Co only uses 100% soy wax for several reasons. Firstly, soy wax is a vegetable wax made from soybean oil, so it is natural, biodegradable and a renewable resource. With that in mind, soy wax is cleaner burning meaning that it is non-toxic and will not produce harmful carcinogens and petro-carbon soot unlike paraffin. As soy wax candles burn clean, the scent throw is also clean and strong, producing a beautifully scented candle. Soy wax burns cooler so they are longer lasting and can generally last 30-50% longer than a paraffin wax alternative. Also if spilled, soy wax can be cleaned up with soap and water easily.
What are the burn times for Cwtch & Co candles?
Our 6 oz mason jar burn time is approximately 30+ hours, and the 13 oz mason jar burn time is approximately 75+ hours.
Does Cwtch & Co test on animals?
We do not test our products on animals. Cwtch & Co products are vegan and cruelty-free.
Where do Cwtch & Co ship their products?
At the moment, we are currently only shipping our products within Canada. However, shipping our products to other countries will be available at some point in the future.
What are Cwtch & Co's shipping rates?
Shipping rates vary depending on your location and the shipping method you choose.
Cwtch & Co do offer free standard shipping on orders over $100.
Also if you are local to Strathmore, Alberta, there is a free local pickup and delivery option available when choosing shipping methods.
How long will it take for my order to arrive?
It depends on your location and which shipping method you choose during checkout. Please allow us 2-3 business days to process your order. Our orders are shipped by Canada Post and typically delivery takes 2 to 7 business days within Canada, depending on which shipping method you choose. Please note, orders are shipping out on Mondays and Thursdays.
Free standard shipping is available on orders over $100. Delivery will take approximately 5 to 9 business days and is shipped via Canada Post.
Free local pickup is available as an option for your order. Please select that option at checkout, and I will email you when your order is ready to pickup.
If you are local to Strathmore, AB, free local delivery is available. Please select that option at checkout as a delivery method and I will contact you for more details.
What is Cwtch & Co's return policy?
All of Cwtch & Co's products are carefully inspected and checked before being shipped. At this moment in time, we do not accept returns on items. However, in the unfortunate and rare event your order is damaged during shipping, please contact us and provide photographic proof of the damage within 7 days of receiving the item and we will replace the item for you or you may have a refund. You can email the photos to cwtchandco@outlook.com.
